Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. While we take every measure to ensure the quality and safety of your jewelry, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer the following options:

  • Full Refund for the price you paid, subject to our return policy.

Refund/Replacement Guarantee

All jewelry items sold by Naomi Global are covered by our 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original condition (unworn, undamaged).
  • In its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.

Note:

  • Sale items, personalized jewelry, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or engraved is also non-returnable.

For Defective or Damaged Jewelry:

  1. Email us at support@naomiglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your original receipt and a photo or video of the defective or damaged item.
  3. If applicable, please provide a video of unboxing to ensure that any shipping damage can be assessed.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and offer either a replacement or refund. If the item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by us for domestic shipments within India. For international returns, customers will need to bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund, please send an email to support@naomiglobal.com. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 7 days.

For damaged or defective jewelry, please include a photo and a video of unboxing. We will process your refund once the issue is verified. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping Charges for Returns

Domestic Returns (Within India):
For returns within India, Naomi Global will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

International Returns:
Customers returning items from outside India are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you carefully review your order before making an international purchase, as return shipping can be costly and may affect the overall value of your refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at support@naomiglobal.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 48 hours.

If you contact us after 24 hours, the order will be treated as a return, and the return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
