Any orders placed through your account will be considered as orders placed by you, and you will be responsible for any transactions made from your account.
Terms of Operations
Naomi Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or fully refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without providing reasons for such decisions.
Naomi Global will not be held responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of our website or the products sold through it.
Warranty and Liability
Naomi Global does not accept any liability for damage caused by the use of products purchased through our website. While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our jewelry, we do not take responsibility for any delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, courier delays, or strikes.

Damaged Products
We take great care in ensuring that all products undergo rigorous quality checks before being shipped. However, damages that occur during transit are beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@naomiglobal.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include the following in your email:
- A photo of the damaged item.
- A video showing the unboxing of the package.
Once we receive the information, we will guide you on the next steps and arrange a replacement with an identical or similar product (based on availability). We will not process any damage claims received after 48 hours from delivery.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your order twice. If the delivery is not successfully completed due to the customer’s unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will be happy to re-ship the order at your request for an additional fee of ₹250. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will only be re-shipped after the original payment is made online, along with the additional shipping charges.
Product Availability and Pricing
While we strive to keep our website updated with accurate stock and pricing information, there may be occasional discrepancies due to inventory or technical issues. Naomi Global reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and details of any product listed on the website without prior notice. In case of any discrepancies, we will contact you to confirm your order or offer a suitable alternative.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
For cancellations, please contact us at support@naomiglobal.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive your package.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Shipping charges are applicable depending on the destination and order value.
